staff was great and accomodated us on early check in and late check out

i enjoyed the gym and pool area it was like a sauna

the food in the restaurant was exceptional and our room service breakfast was on time and just right

comfy bed, clean rooms, ample parking.

........very confusing trying to get through new road construction to facility parking

hotel employee at check in was nice and allowed me early check in.

the full fridge and kitchen was a very nice surprise and the staff was very friendly

the room was large. kitchen big. comfortable lazy boy and sofa and king size bed was nice.

kitchenett area was a nice touch even though i didnt cook there

i had called earlier to request early check in at 1pm and that we would need 2 rooms near each other andwas told that would be fine

is 4 pm which was very later, when i arrived i didn t feel well and asked for an early check in but i couldn t get despite of asking for many times

the rooms were comfortable, mini bar was stocked and there were robes and slippers in each room

room service was phenomenal and walking distances to everything downtown

signage in hotel could be improved---had some wifi login issues---but rest of experience was very good

the room and the amenities themselves were all very much appreciated and in good form except the pool

seemed to be a couple parties with about 30 kids, got a little loud around 1/2am

the pool could have been a little warmer but not bad.

●the fitness centre missing a few weights and 1 treadmill and treadmill tv not working ●the pool and whirlpool needs to be cleaned- towel in whirlpool and debris on the water in both

was thankful and glad that the staff accomodated me and my girlfriend to allow us an early check in

the property offers some amenities like the gym and laundry and it was easy to walk the dog

arrived early to the hotel due to family funeral

i greatly appreciated their professionalism but also their understanding & willing to accommodate early check in without any fuss

ended up coming early into the city, called ahead, they let us do an early check in with no charge

like that it was over the capacity and the pool area and they did not check for ids for the kids that was in the pool that were supposed to be 18 and up

i loved the pool view from my room i can watch my kids from my room and my kids 15-14

too many kids at the pool

and the spa tub doesnt hold water

some rooms the heat doesn’t work and the pool isn’t open my kids would love to get in
