easy early check in and late checkout

i called and got an early check in

frozen fruit for breakfast was undesirable and no waffles

breakfast was great. lots of selection for kids. location, close to great lake crossing outlets.

breakfast bar supplies were not kept stocked

also paid for the early check in and they got us in before noon

kids and i came into town for a show at dte music theatre

the kids were out of control i actually was knocked into the pool by the unattended children

great breakfast choices as well

it has a an indoor pool with an outdoor patio

arrived early after a bit of a rough day and they allowed us an early check in

didn't use the pool, but it looked clean too

pool wasn’t open- under construction- rude employees

hotel employee at check in was nice and allowed me early check in.

the room was large. kitchen big. comfortable lazy boy and sofa and king size bed was nice.

clean, friendly staff, the only thing is thatthe room did nt have the kitchen utensils to cook with

kitchenett area was a nice touch even though i didnt cook there

can do laundry to the blankets too

we were able to get an early check in for 10am

breakfast was a mirage

one device can be in wifi or u pay extra for it and pans and pots for the kitchen and extra towels or shower stuff was extra cost but also couldn’t get it for $107

location kitchenette staff was exceptional!

breakfast, no wifi no coffee not even a complimentary bottled water

i had called earlier to request early check in at 1pm and that we would need 2 rooms near each other andwas told that would be fine

staff was friendly. did allow and early check in which was a plus

the meeting the early check in and lower level request

to see if we could get an early check-in before the celebration of life we traveled to attend started

the ability to have early check in

staff was great and accomodated us on early check in and late check out

amenities are up to date for the star level and restaurant bar has nice atmosphere

nice lobby and bar area for meetups with my friends

i enjoyed the gym and pool area it was like a sauna

liked the lobby area and fitness/pool area was nice. the location was good. friendly staff.

is 4 pm which was very later, when i arrived i didn t feel well and asked for an early check in but i couldn t get despite of asking for many times

the rooms were comfortable, mini bar was stocked and there were robes and slippers in each room

room service was phenomenal and walking distances to everything downtown

signage in hotel could be improved---had some wifi login issues---but rest of experience was very good

room service and food was awesome

early check in, and always nice front desk staff

hotel would not do room blocks for our out of town wedding guests and would not do early check in

my only suggestion larger towels in the pool area.

clean, safe, nice staff, good breakfast, parking right outside.

maids, laundry staff and anyone trying their best to keep this hotel afloat

some rooms the heat doesn’t work and the pool isn’t open my kids would love to get in

only thing i was happy about was an early check in

it was clean it was pretty cheap breakfast in the morning

great staff clean rooms good complementary breakfast

come with fridge and microwave and hot breakfast

weekday breakfast closes too early....at 9am.

pool was a bit over chlorinated which made sitting in the hot tub and swimming not as enjoyable as

staff was super friendly and very accommodating when i needed an early check in
