i have only 1 thing, i really wanted chips but only pizza on room service but it was good pizza

booking no assurance was given for an early check in but arriving to the property we managed to get in 2hours before the said time

staff were great and we were able to have an early check in

much better than hotel, with kitchen facilities, lounge, coffee shop & gym

full kitchen, really well equipped, clean, great facilities, breakfast and coffee included

upgraded to a water view room on arrival lovely and clean with doubly aspect balconies amazing breakfast all in all would recommend to anyone really great value for

stay welcomed my staff who were very accommodating and pleasant managed to get a early check in staff were great had a few drinks and choice and value was very surprising nice

(-)the gym was a bit small but all eqt working (-)no gym (-)a steam room and sauna would be a great addition. near the gym area (-)gym condition not kept to standard of rest of hotel, equipment visibly dirty and treadmill rusted
