we had room service on the first night, which was excellent, and breakfast in the hotel was just as good

we arrived to the hotel late around 9pm and had a club sandwich in the bar area: the sandwich presentation was terrible, the french fries were way too many

grounds are so pretty, the spa was amazing and the bed was super soft and i had a wonderful sleep

didn’t know swimming pool is under construction and we get valet parking and a must and pay additional $18

room because of the outside construction, but were kept awake one night by family who let their kids run and jump above us while they

continental breakfast included in the room charge was beyond my expectation

so kids couldn't go swimming like they wanted

was excellent; concierge staff — particularly helen— were first class; kitchen in room and close-by take-out restaurants was great

had an allergic reaction to the laundry soap used to wash the sheets on the first night

the place was nice and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests as we had an early check in and a late check out as well

i enjoyed the boutique feel, beautifully decorated and the kitchen as an added touch of comfort.
