the staff was nice and even paid the pet fee because we got there so late

during my 3-days stay i had 2 requests: to bring sugar and to make temporarily music lower in the gym, as i wanted to listen to a lecture

wifi was horrible and 95% of the time you couldn't log on

room service never answered the phone. some guests were very loud late into the night.
