more food and drink choices, especially for those of us with kids also maybe alittke cheaper (this is also my fault)

only stayed 1 night so didn't get to use the gym which was mostly cardio equipment

also love that they had guest parking, on-site laundry room and a gym

parking is free and there are more than enough slots for parking

the lack of room service.

maybe if landscaping by the courtyard and pool area was kept up this hotel would be excellent

the laundry required many quarters, but the front desk can exchange bills for quarters

i was there to visit my kids and did not have time to enjoy all that they offered.

the sports bar where the service behind the bar was very poor and the guy rude

at catalina kitchen; service and food at nelson's; food at bashi; one cashier only at sea

chaos over the weekend and super noisy (lots of families with a majority of kids not well educated)

also, the lobby bar closes at 9pm

they allowed me an early check-in, and late check out which was great.
