checked me into room 206, when me and my kids opened up the door, it reeked with the smells of cigarette smoke

told the staffs about the wifi problem been not working for the last 5 days only 1/2 building is working

the shuttle transport personnel was rude and did not stop in hotel

they were helpful, calming and also provided me with an early check in after explaining to them where i had originally had booked and how unsafe i had felt

the staff were excellent, from check in to the staff at the daily grill and then at the breakfast bar in the morning, it truly made for a wonderful stay
