wifi wasn't working

my husband, two kids, and i all had beds and were able to sleep long and comfortably after flying on a red eye from

easy to find, free parking, lots of room inside, included full breakfast

location, good parking, excellent food and drink

we ate an evening meal and had breakfast there

the bar had an amazing atmosphere and the bartender was so informative

location near the train station in wallyford (10mins away and free parking ) and then only 10 mins into city centre (+) parking there is free and easy (+)20 return from musselburgh station with free parking, also perfect location for musselburgh (+) breakfast was first class, and lots of parking space (*) parking in edinburgh is expensive (+) plenty of parking (+) large private parking (+) free parking (+)ancient building perfect interior very tasteful. surrounded by gardens, plenty of parking (-) it was also very clean in the room, the bathroom, the grounds, and the parking lot

1 member of staff covering restaurant and bar so not easy to get service at bar.

maybe waiter service for breakfast and a freshly cooked breakfast

the place is beautiful the staff is amazing peter the bar man made us very comfortable on our first night the food is to die for we will 100% be coming

a bar food menu as opposed to a room service only menu would have been a lovely alternative if you were not in the mood for the al

spa could maybe do with a little bit of work but still not a bad word to say about our stay

the breakfast was delicious as well

the surrounding gardens and woodlands in the castle grounds made walking off breakfast a pleasure

breakfast selection is very good, dinner in dungeons excellent, the ambient is perfect

there seemed to be no room service available which i would expect from a hotel of this kind

of things to do and see on the grounds like walking trails, statues, climbing walls, archery, golf, etc

i got room service for dinner as my baby was sleeping and it was just perfect

no information within the room regarding room service, dinner menu, breakfast times

00 and the lady behind the bar could not have been more helpful

l was greeted at first by the bar manager ewan who helped make my stay very comfortable

the room was over the bar which could have been noisy on a busy night.

easy to get to - both from edinburgh and from the golf clubs on the golf coast

hotel overall was great kids loved it which is a plus and one of the best beds ive ever slept

i had my 2 kids with me(3 and 5)and the room was almost too small for them

stayed here with my partner & 3 kids, staff were really nice, room was clean & beds were comfy, wasn’t too far from city centre

early check in was arranged for me to be able to attend an online lecture, appreciated this.

we had a 2 night weekend booking mid november and were pleased that staff had accommodated our early check in request
