all the staff both on the bar and in the restaurant were very pleasant and accommodating

bar was nice, busy in august with all the golfers i suspect, but friendly staff and very helpful

was also welcome in the stable restaurant as we had thought we may only be able to eat in the bar area

the bass rock bar was lovely and fab mood, the lawn restaurant was incredible the food and service were above and

the spa facilities are excellent- especially loved the hydrotherapy pool which extends to outside

at first glance menu seemed quite restricted but we all - kids and parents - thoroughly enjoyed the food

we loved exploring the grounds, and the library bar was a fun atmosphere- just what we were looking for in our castle stay

there are many great walks to take and a golf course just behind it

not happy as our hrh had no wifi which caused her emotional trauma as she is only 16 years
