wish we had known that the pool was going to be closed- it was after memorial day so we assumed it would be open

our view was a nasty pool that was being worked on.

knew it was booked for a family of 4 ,2 kids 2 adults one gave us a handicap room no tub and they also did not tell me about a 100 security

front desk person was new , totally overwhelmed, didn't have our reservation, kids running around the lobby , other guests yelling about their key passes not working etc etc

tried to use the spa but it didn t open on time and then the sauna attendant called in sick so we couldn t use

the walk between the inn and the spa was a bit unpleasant in the bad weather.

the family in the room above us had three rambunctious small kids -really cute, but we could hear them every time they were in their room sometimes until 11pm

think the only thing we would like is if they had more choices for breakfast during the week
