was coach loads of school kids on skiing trips when we were there , so meal times were a bit chaotic

noisy every night with people standing outside the bar yelling and talking from midnight until 3-5am

establishments, there were no bath robes and bathroom sandals and the provisions in the mini bar were not what one would expect for a 5-star hotel - no spirits and restricted range of nibbles
