stayed 3 times now & never been able to connect to the wifi yet

no room service - we were arriving just before 9pm

parking was easy and although there was entertainment on downstairs the soundproofing was excellent

it provided everything we needed, comfortable bed, spacious room, off road parking and a very reasonably priced restaurant on site

turned out the bar manager alerted the housekeeping manager who cleaned my room first allowing me early access

friendly staff debbie was very helpful and nice chap who works in the bar was helpful

the late check out time was good as the weather wasn't nice

amazing , especially the big guy on the desk with tattoos, proper gentleman, bar staff were brilliant, night porter

no late bar for residants on a sunday

the receptionist and bar lady were to be commended for the spirit and kindness

the hotel is clinically clean throughout and the spa is awesome

well set up for kids who are welcomed in all parts of the hotel

when we first arrived, we were put in a below grade room that faced the paved parking lot and adjacent to the front door

located with view of the clyde, on site parking and an opportunity to stay somewhere with character in an area not well served with good

views were amazing , good for a one night get away for peace and quiet from the kids

our kids enjoyed the pool too

the facilities are good in this hotel could do with updating the gym

to where i was working, nice gym and pool

my partner enjoyed steam room as my kids swimming pool

we had hot food from the snack menu which didn't look too promising but the barbecue chicken, mozzarella sticks & dirty wedges were all really delicious
