wifi was weak or inconsistent

in the town centre, wide room, wifi

we booked this one as we thought (wrongly) we would want to be central with the kids

the wifi was very inconsistent which was a huge inconvenience.but the staff was really nice

the spa has wonderful workers we did a couples massage and i felt the tlc they put in to make you

being a spa we thought it would be peaceful and relaxing and unfortunately it s the loudest place i have

do have to be willing to walk up and down steps unless you re able to get a room closer to the pool

the staff really made our trip from check in, carrying bags, booking trips, taxis & the bar and service staff

restaurant was average, gym was average and no yoga despite the photo on their web site

fact that we had our own pool & it being so private

breakfast was very poor

breakfast on 2nd morning was much improved when compared to 1st

garden and amazing view over petit piton ideally located in the area excellent restaurant and breakfast

the kitchen was shabby and in need of a full refurbishment

got the cashew suite and loved hammock on the balcony, the view and of course the infinity pool

fitness centre is a joke and filled with broken treadmills and one to-be-broken machine

travelers should know that breakfast is included, lunch is available for purchase, but no dinner is served on

better equipped kitchen with appliances that worked.

the only minor issue i can fault them on is the wifi

and dinner reservations at other resorts (jade mountain and sugar beach) the complimentary breakfast was one of

- only wifi was in the restaurant which was very weak. not strong enough for calls etc.

we did the bean to bar experience (must do), where you make your own chocolate bar from scratch

we requested an early check in and they were not able to accommodate once we arrived, however they upgraded us

the grounds were amazing and perfect our kids to explore, pool was small but perfect for a dip and was never

breakfast especially i felt like since it was complimentary it's like give them what we have almost

was mango tree, it was so fab and so clean the a/c was excellent and having the little private pool was an extra

breakfast is heaven.

in the restaurant was good but is way overpriced doesn't cater for kids

the pool and the whole room was perfect

finally, understand that if you book the sanctuary rooms you will have no pool and there is no pool on site

only thing i would have wanted was a floating breakfast to dine in the pool

at the beach bar get little grumpy if you have all inclusive and order too many times a day, it's not possible

staff at the beach bar can get tired if you order too much

the spa is amazing

our kids had a great time and loved trying out the snuba (combination of snorkeling & scuba), our villa

also, wifi was shoddy in some places, in our room worked only in some

to noon snack options were difficult so you had to make breakfast or wait until noon lunch at the beach restaurant

adults only hotel - incredibly peaceful and lovely lovely staff

service to cabana on beach or by pool was very much appreciated

breakfast was wonderful if you wanted to just do the complimentary as it included fruit, pastries,

beach bar and restaurant not open at night. bumpy road down, but that s charming

ann was really helpful in giving us directions and advice around parking, where to visit, eat etc

wifi was a little hard to connect to from our room but from the pool it was fine.

the breakfast that you can also have on a daily basis upon request is more than delicious; danny and

everything we needed was available in our room and kitchen area

gym - ac unit doesn t work, no one has been in there to clean or maintain it in probably 20 years

there are 2 big pools and a roof top bar, activities including yoga, aerobics, a gym

stay at bel jou hotel (adults only) was truly unforgettable

excellent food, staff, hospitality, genuine friendliness, management, pool

its proximity to the airport and shopping area. fantasic view. i enjoyed the gym.

i had a particular problem accessing wifi from my phone, but the staff tried hard throughout our stay to find

wifi us working and parking is great too for any size of vehicle

the villa offers on-demand taxi and activity reservations, fully equipped rooms with kitchen facilities, and

the 5 on site restaurants proved to all be very good, with good selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner

bar service on the beach was great

e family pool has a pool side restaurants which is great for the kids, 2 evening restaurants, 1 buffet restaurant

gym was a little dirty and so was the kids pool and pool area

plum tree bar and grill was excellent for both food and customer service

shuttles were very accommodating

there is a lot of noise everywhere: lawnmowers and blowers every day starting at 9 am, aqua gym with huge

drinks service on the bar almost non existent (but numerous bars on a small beach so no drama getting your own

ordered room service, took 2 hours to arrive despite being told it had been delivered, incorrectly

check out offered by esther was convenient for my plans and allowed my to relax by pool

the breakie was great and the room service was timely

use of other bay gardens properties, including the hotel next door with a decent restaurant and bar plus the

tight parking spaces.

place staff very friendly with a smile breakfast was superb and hotel close to nightlife and

brilliant shuttle bus to take us to sister hotel beach & water park

it was a great location to the town and usage of all bay hotels. loved the bay spa hotel access.

the hotels are attractive and the accommodation comfortable - kids will enjoy the pools and the beach

we were in a quiet room but our kids room was pretty noisy

friday and saturday nights there was a band in the pool area playing loud music until late at night

was excellent except noice from next door bar we had the room on the adjacent building from main hotel this was

were disappointed that the spa was closed but the hotel did offer to book elsewhere if we wanted

the location of the swimming pool near to the restaurant, bar and cafe is very convenient

an orientation with jackie, friendliness of all the staff, everything very clean, the cats, the shuttle service

useful shuttle bus to town water taxi to pigeon island useful although expensive.

the big problem for me is that they have very loud music playing by the pool bar until late hours making it hard

itself is very pretty - spread out over a huge plot of land and around a marina, you need a golf cart to get

alerted to this prior to our visit (albeit after booking) and told that the hotel would waive the room service

great staff, food was great, swim out pool room in our room and the swim up bar was the best

the staff was wonderful. breakfast was great both in restaurant and thru room service.

the fact that it was in st lucia the japanese restaurant yoga classes gym

no drinks in mini bar no water in room that night and room service do not serve you drinks as well as rubbish

been there for 8 times i liked everything, some of the staff in the spa were not very helpful on the front desk
