pool was a bit small, but you have the beach 300 yards away. so no problem

we didn't cook much, but a well equipped kitchen - note there are no shops in marigot so stock up at the

tv was not working but this did not affect our stay as we had ipad and the wifi was good and we didn't spend

easy parking

our room was very large and comfortable; breakfast was good and plentiful

there is a restaurant by the pool (with a sumptuous buffet breakfast every morning), a

many restaurants and bars, swimming pools, a marina (with customs service), spa and gym

breakfast 85usd for 2 persons)

pool side facilities, room view, room facilities, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, spa, gym and access to

the staff were only trying to promote hotel services such as the spa and the restaurants, without actuall

public parking a block from dock could be for spaces

the bar was not noisy but still had a fun atmosphere

there seemed to be enough sun beds both around the pool and on the beach

dolittle bar center of attention excellent service varied menu fish of the day good

spa facilities were in disrepair, the sauna and steam room looked like they hadn't been used in

adults only hotel - incredibly peaceful and lovely lovely staff

menu choice was a bit repetitive and service in the bar could be slow at times, but it was out of season when

spa was dirty and i was put in a room at 3pm with no aircon

we stayed in the plunge pool villa, and it was stunning

views, food, and spa treatments are amazing, but the friendliness and the customer service the staff had was

the kitchen had all we needed including a coffee maker

the wifi was a little hit and miss too

it was nice to have the restaurant for breakfast

the wifi and internet were spotty

also noticed that even with room service, sometimes the floors & sink hadn't been wiped down properly

loved our garden room overlooking the pool, quiet and spacious

the gym is ok considering it's not a really big hotel

a tiny little mat next to the bed, non replacement of teas and clean spoons and for some reason room service

service bar by the 2nd pool is fabulous

could have more creole food in the buffet at breakfast

cover on it, plus they give you one anti mosquito spray which lasts like 3 days max for 2 adults and even with

the staff at the front desk, security at gate and restaurant and spa staff were excellent

property has a breathtaking view, the executive suite i booked also overlooked the pool area and hosts one of

the restaurant, bar and pools are great to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of soufriere and the petit piton

being a spa we thought it would be peaceful and relaxing and unfortunately it s the loudest place i have

parking: i didn t see too many reviews about this but the entrance to the hotel is off an

a little bit more effort could be made of the tidiness around the parking area and the odd bits lying around

at the beach bar get little grumpy if you have all inclusive and order too many times a day, it's not possible

staff at the beach bar can get tired if you order too much

the pool and the whole room was perfect

finally, understand that if you book the sanctuary rooms you will have no pool and there is no pool on site

only thing i would have wanted was a floating breakfast to dine in the pool

wifi didn't work in my room

intermittent wifi

ocean view room was spacious and mostly quiet with good beds and very good wifi

the wifi was very inconsistent which was a huge inconvenience.but the staff was really nice

shuttles should run more frequently and stonefield should provide their own beach chairs for guests

good kitchen facilities and gorgeous, clean and sizeable pool

parking was interesting but not bad otherwise it was perfect

very basic gym - non air conditioned making for sweaty humid workouts

this can seem scary since you've got to slow way down next to speeding cars to get into the parking

had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor with immediate access from a covered porch to the pool and beach

hotel wifi was not usable in the evenings, but a bit better in the morning

i didn't like that the breakfast buffet didn't offer turkey bacon

the breakfast buffet is great and bbq lunch is very tasty, the dinning restaurants opens are lovely -

bar service on the beach was great

room service was excellent as i wasn t feeling well enough to go to dinner one night

there is a lot of noise everywhere: lawnmowers and blowers every day starting at 9 am, aqua gym with huge

drinks service on the bar almost non existent (but numerous bars on a small beach so no drama getting your own

ordered room service, took 2 hours to arrive despite being told it had been delivered, incorrectly

the pool was also huge and lovely

i couldn't praise the staff here enough , the bar staff were particularly great ( kevin especially

overall stay was good but the best part of it was the water park it was excellent

breakfast is served in the cockpit pub, which has tables right by the front garden area which was

the hotel gym is small but well equipped and mostly empty so it was a good opportunity to work out a few

great staff, food was great, swim out pool room in our room and the swim up bar was the best

the staff was wonderful. breakfast was great both in restaurant and thru room service.

the fact that it was in st lucia the japanese restaurant yoga classes gym

no drinks in mini bar no water in room that night and room service do not serve you drinks as well as rubbish

main pool water aerobics during the day -birthday welcome card and gift -friendliness of the staff

been there for 8 times i liked everything, some of the staff in the spa were not very helpful on the front desk
