guest services: - we had ants in our room, throughout our stay - had a crack on the mirror of the bar area - bad smell from the drawers in the living room - rooms were not getting serviced 100%

check in and check out was a nightmare and my kids where frustrated and not happy

breakfast was great even had a little west indian twist to it with lots of fruit
