the staff were all helpful and the food in the buffet restaurant and by the pool was excellent

was so nice 2 pools unlimited food and drinks all day long pancakes and waffles for breakfast events at night

i have to find anything i would say the pool was a bit small, however it was beautifully designed and very nice

had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor with immediate access from a covered porch to the pool and beach

no room service after 3 pm on property.

at the beach bar get little grumpy if you have all inclusive and order too many times a day, it's not possible

finally, understand that if you book the sanctuary rooms you will have no pool and there is no pool on site

jungle surrounds you and everywhere there are chirping birds, blooming flowers, and the stunning pools and

breakfast is heaven.

one getting around & to the property would be challenging as you would need to rely on their shuttle service

but to top it all off, on our way out we saw the waitress leaving the kitchen with a bread basket, chewing the

room service was excellent as i wasn t feeling well enough to go to dinner one night

also, wifi was shoddy in some places, in our room worked only in some

peloton bikes in the gym were unusable due to inability to log on to software

our kids had a great time and loved trying out the snuba (combination of snorkeling & scuba), our villa
