us in within 1 minute with no information and when i asked questions about where the room was and breakfast, she look irritated

hotel in a very quiet area, in well-maintained condition, two bedrooms in the room, a tiny kitchen, 30 minutes from madrid by car

having the restaurant and bar downstairs was so convenient and dinner was fantastic

there is a well-kept garden at the entrance and there is also a bar next to the hotel, a quiet and pastoral place, excellent value for money

breakfast was horrible.dinner could be much better.

there was spa with pool, but saldy for us, it closed early

smelled of tobacco, residents smoked on their terraces, which came into our room, spa not open on a sunday, bar has no staff for long periods

the bar in the hotel is nice and i liked the small meeting room in the lobby to work or have small

booked on the basis that there was a restaurant and as it turned out it was just a snack bar if you are driving madrid is impossible to get around unless you have done it before and know

a mini bar in the room is advertised but there was nothing in it

beds need changing! bar area never open. the hotel would be great if they gave it a facelift

staffs, very good location with many shops and restaurants, free parking, fantastic balcony and view, large

parking for the hotel is separate but i had the last available spot which took me quite some effort

parking is always full, breakfast buffet wasn t really good

at the time we were informed we could use the pool even after checking out

new, the mattress was comfortable, the shower had nice pressure, the pool was refreshing, the breakfast yummy and the stuff helpful and kind

used the swimming pool which was a welcome relief from the heat

the small bar downstairs beside the reception was a bonus

the breakfast is not that good, don't have many options and each person can only get one coffee and one

breakfast was basic, but there was an option to order side dishes to a very acceptable price

i liked a lot the breakfast, good cappuccino and a really great croissant

the kitchen had nice appliances

were nothing in the kitchen for the short stay

was a small kitchen in the apartment, but cooking pots were not provided so you could not really prepare a meal

the best, the swimming pool, the gym and the rooms with two beds completely separated

staff were good, gym and wifi are good. it has a good workspace for working remotely.

wifi had some downtime

super friendly, kind and helpful, including helping with the luggage, impeccable and affordable laundry service, and most importantly taking

high-speed wifi. close to city center.

the walls and a sharp metal thing sticking out the floor which of i didn't see it and one of the kids had fell would have ended in a hospital trip

the swimming pool

there was lots of garden areas to walk the dogs around and a lovely looking outdoor pool

pool closing from 14-16hs during the summer is non sense

they said we have no medicine or alcohol only a little bit of vinegar, the staffs were a bunsh of kids whom have no idea how they have to treat their clients also no body speek english no security

showers, comfy bed, clean and tidy and great layout as we have 4 areas, the bedroom, lounge, kitchen diner and bathroom

clean rooms, great value for money. breakfast quite basic but enough to start a day.

no bar by the pool, would’ve been nice, apart from that no complaints

pool was only open until 8pm and with walking around all day site seeing, we would come back to the

€6 for an hour late check out, candles, robes, rose petals and bottle of bubbly which was the nicest surprise for

the rooftop pool and bar are great and the whole place is really trendy and modern

excellent restaurant, gym and clean room. love the atmosphere.

the hotel facilities are pretty cool and a good option if you wanna hang out by the pool or just have a drink at the bar in the evening
