the hotel is just off the highway and the gym/pool facilities are good

gym couldve been open before 7,no hottub.

kitchen in room could use more supplies, bath soap bars way too small, no music in lobby.

they were really patient and friendly with my kids at check in

we did eat at the golf course saturday night and had an amazing meal, it was delicious and worth every penny

not mention we could only order off the bbq menu which meant half of us had to walk over to the bar area and order our dinners

there were several good quality eating places: restaurants cafes and bar only steps away, the sky train and cinema were a 5 minute walk

they were also able to accommodate an early check in which was very helpful since restaurants and libraries were closed

to the bars of the quay, bar customers chat in the street until midnight , a bit noisy , once in a while

room service was very off schedule

position right on the river, comfortable bed and good quality linen, a well equipped gym with free weights, sauna and spa, and a 24 hour ice machine

wife and i enjoyed the themed room and decor, the breakfast was state of the art and the service was exceptional

the breakfast is workable and decent variety, kids were happy

our staying was very nice beginning from early check in ( at 1 pm), and finishing be free breakfast and free underground parking

were (16) of us and they supply a free shuttle to the cruise port

infrastructure is breaking with holes through the floor and walls, need coin changer in laundry room or receptions should carry enough change for laundry

the laundry facilities were a godsend but oddly were attached to the gym

the facilities included couldn't be faulted the swimming pool and gym were great
