small bathtub, limited cable tv channels, no bathrobes, no room service, front desk staff weren't wearing masks

wifi didn't work and the room was very small for the price.

little noisy at night with the bar close by, but other than that i have no complaints

room service was very off schedule

room smelled like a pool, it was that clean and smelled fresh

laundry facilities was a bonus pleasant staff kitchenette was a welcome addition/full size fridge

is used on there site doesn’t not represent what the rooms look like extra charge on having the kitchens no fridge or microwave is part of the package of the room

that froze and ruined approximately $100 worth of food we accidentally closed the door to the kitchen, which then locked

was a silverfish in one of the beds and 3 bugs on the kitchen counter not good wont be staying there

owner is very rude. rats and mice dancing in room and kitchen. bed bugs and dust mites all over.

hot tub was out of order, and half the gym equipment was also out of order

the gym equipment was not working, only 1 exercise machine

no laundry bag - i usually out my dirty clothes in

wifi was not great; did not realize until this survey there was paid wifi which i would have opted

excellent, i enjoyed the breakfast, the security, the free parking, the cleanliness and the free wifi

it has a kitchenette which is nice to have if you have small kids.

i really liked the breakfast area and that choices that were presented.

i will come again with my family for a staycation and enjoy the pool and room service

the gym in fitness centre is in poor condition.

were (16) of us and they supply a free shuttle to the cruise port

great staff that tried to accomodatte our early check in request

they allowed for early check in both on arrival and after cruise

i would love to see more kids friendly and family tv channels in the future

one thing worth mentioning is the sound proof isn't the best which you can hear kids talking in the hallway, however, other guests were mindful and it's quiet in the room

the complementary breakfast was a godsend traveling with 4 kids ahead of our early departure

outgoing flight, staff helpful, room clean & comfortable, allowed a couple of hours extra for late check out with no charge and luggage storage and shuttle

it would also be nice if the guest can use the facilities in the kitchen

many great things to eat at breakfast, very comfortable kitchen and our host was very kind and attentive

quite a quaint little house, very clean and welcoming with a shared kitchen and living room with a tv

was unfortunate that there was no tv in our room and no mini fridge but access to the kitchen made up for it

bed was comfortable, the space generous, a private bathroom with a shared living room and large kitchen

kitchen had everything to cook and the place made me feel very comfortable and at home

the hotel has an indoor pool and a fitness center

gave us plenty of space, and having the pool on the same floor made it so easy (and fun) for the kids

i wished the kitchen had a few more essentials, the gym was too small and very bare bones, like that it was

comfortable bed and quality kitchen facilities

refreshing change from droll hotel rooms with great kitchen and laundry facilities too.
