i was so happy our suite had laundry- very helpful with a 5 month old

over all the hotel is good but does need some upgrades in the gym

our room must have been close to pool as we could hear kids and yelling and screaming.

nice hotel room. clean quiet, parking garage, casino resort.

the free parking was such a great perk too

that it has a full kitchen which makes it very convenient when you have kids :)) plus an indoor pool which makes it great when traveling during cold rainy

i also appreciated the attention to detail in regards to the suite which included a kitchen

the customer service was great. we loved the room, pool, gym and continental breakfast.

was a silverfish in one of the beds and 3 bugs on the kitchen counter not good wont be staying there

it was trrribly dirty old stuffs and appliances it was motel but without kitchen !! funny

laundry facilities was a bonus pleasant staff kitchenette was a welcome addition/full size fridge

misleading about the free shuttle to canada place, we assumed you could return (it is only one way), luckily we had a car and

gym temp was hot with laundry dryers in the gym

comfy bed and pillows. good breakfast. excellent location. lots of stores across the street.

come with our young kids and the room beside played music till 3:30am and we're very loud we called to get the music

food both at the mosaic grille & at the bar & the convenience of the starbucks

was great , the salt water pool was a big yay, as chlorine hate me , i was able to swim with the kids which that right there was one of our highlights on our trip forsure

gym has probably the most equipment i've seen in any hotel i've stayed in

pool and jacuzzi looked great but we didn't have time to enjoy

lobby area was very modern, due to covid facilities were closed but breakfast is still available

was upset as they had crossed out room service on the paper they gave us

they gave us early check in without even asking, the included breakfast was lovely and the servers were all very

jam packs on the tables are touched by those before us, kids touching them, coughing over them

i recommend room service for breakfast

the food from room service was surprisingly tasty

pretense, the wedgewood made me feel welcome even while wearing jeans and chasing my rambunctious kids through the lobby

the staff were exceptional. rooms are very comfortable and room service polite and discreet.

everyone was extra kind to my kids, even letting them feed treats to the dogs walking outside
