wifi, in our room at least, was poor to non existent

we requested an early check in and had an email to confirm but when we arrived it was not on the booking

kids are only allowed in pool at very specific times mattress was basic and old, not comfortable

drinks at the bar are a reasonable price too and room service came within exceptional time

i loved the fact of how spacious our room was, the kids had space to be kids and werent cramped

instead of radiators as it was so cold , radiators did get really hot no cover and 1 of the kids burnt her hand so becareful
