down side was it seemed like there wasn t enough staff to operate the restaurant and bar as waiting to be served

hotel needs to highlight that kids are up to 12 years as i had to pay extra thinking i had already booked & paid for the package

all the staff were great with the kids and i would highly recommend this hotel

only issue was i ordered room service breakfast but it never came although i waited all morning for it

in the room, bath towels are very small, most of housekeeping staff were surly and unsmiling, room service trays full of half

and so welcoming to us the facilities are perfect for all sort of ages, we travelled with our two kids under 10 and it was

no tea-makings in room. but bottomless tea/coffee from bar machine for £3:50

great for families with a great area downstairs with bar, big tv, pool table and activities for kids

was a games area for kids which kept them entertained

on site parking for £5/night with ev charging at 65p/kwh

the gym is very clean and 24hours

we ordered room service which was fab

car parking was not nearby. had to call taxi ourselves. gym facilities.

did not get to try breakfast but the rest of the team said it was grand
