was surprised that a spacious, clean and very comfortable room with a full kitchen and huge desk cost less than a regular room at a medium star room in the des moines area

the guest laundry was free

most laundry machines were out of order

also loved being able to do laundry for free

sofa bed would have been fantastic for one or two people but was lacking for two adults and two kids

smell of the fried food from the bar permeated the lobby and hallways giving the hotel an unpleasant odor
