was surprised that a spacious, clean and very comfortable room with a full kitchen and huge desk cost less than a regular room at a medium star room in the des moines area

the guest laundry was free

most laundry machines were out of order

also loved being able to do laundry for free

kitchenette had cooking aupplies and dinnerware. no cost for laundry. it was quiet.

no everything was well organize and the parking lot was clean and secure '
