you have the city center just 10min from there, and a nice bar in the corner

between myself and one of the staff from the bar it took 8 attempts before the details were accepted

very clean and comfortable room. bar does a very good breakfast.

a problem, but be aware that parking is on the road and a steep climb to the hotel

parking was downhill from the hotel

parking was not on site but just 50m away

is open in the pretty village of garai) so it's 10 mins drive and then somewhat challenging parking to the large town of durango which is very a locals town

parking was a challenge the first night as there was an event in town and all the parking lots were

choices poor, staff at the restaurant bar not smiling, not nice and doesn't make the effort to speak another language than spanish

breakfast was included, basic but good selection

the personal was really nice and helped us with restaurants and they prepared the breakfast in advance in morning because we left before the opening time

we ordered room service for dinner, it took quite a while but the food was delicious

nonetheless, there are spacious common areas with broad games, the pool, a sauna and much more

the heated pool, in cloudy days, was very appreciated by us all, specially the children

the pool and the whole territory were beautifully maintained

but there is a large fridge and if you have a short stay or just going to heat up good the kitchen is suitable for that

good value for money, has all the basics, even has a gym!

it had a great small gym and i felt that overall it was clean and very comfortable

i coulnt open up the lock door from the room through the app, neither connect wifi

room service is strange, knocked over our stuff at the bathroom and left glasses and coffee mugs

to pay extra to use spa/indoor pool and kids weren't allowed, had to pay for parking and we weren't advised of this at check in

the hotel is not far from the plaza nueva where we had a great meal in a bar on our first night
