breakfast exceeds what's offered at other best western hotels ,and the spa tub bathroom is the best i've seen

the king and spa bath highly reccomend it. my wife loved it.

swimming pool, easy to find the location, hotel very clean, room size perfect and the balcony as well, the

we went for the spa tub

couldn t stay there bc i reserved the suite with spa tub not smoking but that suit it was smelling weed like

the breakfast wasn t worth it at all. the pool was not very clean.

the breakfast in the morning was fresh and had a lot of variety

curtain needed replacement; i understand the breakfast bar needed to adapt to covid restrictions but

the room was amazing and the bar inside was convenient

i like the fact that you had a little bar and i love your standards and rules

heated pool and basketball court very nice for the kids

at the moment with the covid restrictions, no pool, no gym, no breakfast buffet.

i told the desk but a while later i came back down, those kids were still there with no adult supervision

location was great can t say nothing about breakfast because we check out early due to

coffee and breakfast were complementary but water was for sale!

i also stay in the room with the spa tub and it was very dirty, then the jets were on brown stuff would come

juccuzi spa bath in our room wasnt cleaned properly so when i turned the jets on it literally shot poop at

the other room downstairs kept calling her child the mf word and all these parents left their kids in the room

i booked my stay for (10/10-14/2024 there was two false things online no kitchen , no breakfast at this location

dated, the wifi spotty at best breakfast was limited, room service was lack of regular house cleaning service

everything was ok. however the parking was a little bit too far.

while there is a target parking lot adjacent to the property which would provide a safe entry, there was none

the rooms were clean and comfortable. very friendly staff. plenty of parking.

restaurant and pool were closed. very disappointed

i did not have to worry about my car as the parking lot is well lit

spa hours.

the breakfast accommodations are also excellent, the hotel was very clean, and i felt safe

ordered room service for just cheese pizza that was an hour over the expected wait time for tired and

breakfast was excellent and staff are wonderful..

the room is spacious and comfortable the gym is well

room included a fridge, free wifi comfy bed and great service!

and if you dont want to leave the room you dont have to everything you want you can order on room service

expired yogurt for breakfast and got my kids sick

there is also a shopping plaza in the adjoining parking lot with access to retail and restaurants
