and my family loved staying in the suite with the spa bath and kitchenette

my 4 kids and i loved the spacious suite we got

the pool was open 8-10pm which was great with kids

we also worked out in the gym

wifi should be better

no basic things in the kitchenette like plates, pots and pans, etc. and the sofa is so worn out.

i liked the gym. it had a decent amount of equipment.

convenient parking and quietness no disturbance from other guests.

wifi was very bad. the lighting in the room was a bit dull. the location is not good.

hotel was a great location,near the sojo spa (5 min by drive) walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping

i was visiting sojo spa and it s a great place to stay nearby

all areas were sparkling clean, smell good, omg and the location

to the sojo spa i was visiting and lots of good stores nearby

the on site laundry facilities were a bonus

we loved the spa tub

room had a heart shaped spa bath tub

someone was smoking garage ass herb that stunk

the room was dirty the wifi was not working to watch the

no class whatsoever. tough to get into and out of the parking lot.

we loved taking the bus to the nyc, it was very convenient and sojo spa is right down the street

the stay was great and it was close to the spa that we visited

there was hair in our spa bath so we didn t use it.

to non working tv, no heat, no water pressure mildew all over the showers most treadmills in the gym did not

was great, from the comfort of the room, customer service, breakfast, location, free shuttle to the ferry, etc

coffee and breakfast were complementary but water was for sale!

free breakfast was disappointing as it was only coffe, juice, banana, and cold cereal

woke up in the morning and hallway filled with smoke from guests smoking pit

the hotel is quiet, but the breakfast is very simple, only milk, coffee, some very sweet cake, and some crispy

spa hours.

i didn't like that the breakfast buffet was not free!

the breakfast accommodations are also excellent, the hotel was very clean, and i felt safe

apparently they offer coupons for the spa

liked that the spa was right up the road easy drive to get there

didn t like that i could not find a crosswalk to walk over to the spa and it s a main road you have to cross

is a bit hidden but everything you need is within blocks food, supplies, and shopping and spa at walking distance

a little out dated outside could use some touch up and bathroom cleaning deep clean the spa tubs

ideal location everything is there that you want hotel is excellent gym is amazing so is the spa highly recommend

the welcome from staff at the entrance, hotel front desk, gym reception and spa reception were all always

location is good nice pool and spa terrace bar is wonderful

and it s right across the street from the hudson yards mall and a whole foods the room is spacious, modern

i very much enjoyed the spa and the food was ok for the price

didnt like how the spa wasnt open or the roof top pool

no spa amenities or workout (not that you need to work out when you walk 4-5miles in the city)

waited all day for an early check in aftet a long flight apparently management allow double booking of rooms

great facilities, excellent room service

the lobby was very stylish and featured a nice bar where people were meeting for drinks and snacks etc

room was fairly well cleaned except for the brown pet stain in the entry area to the room

the bar is a bit small and food selection limited.

the excuse was there was a lot of room service but other tables got food and left when they ordered after us

i lost my laundry, and the hotel compensates me with points.

finally the therapists at the spa were are very good
