this was a very friendly hotel. the kids loved the pool and fireplace.

love the layout, and pool/laundry/ alcohol purchasability at night.

many people to one section of the hotel as i stayed for the next day i noticed it got crowded for parking around

the other room downstairs kept calling her child the mf word and all these parents left their kids in the room

i booked my stay for (10/10-14/2024 there was two false things online no kitchen , no breakfast at this location

dated, the wifi spotty at best breakfast was limited, room service was lack of regular house cleaning service

everything was ok. however the parking was a little bit too far.

while there is a target parking lot adjacent to the property which would provide a safe entry, there was none

the rooms were clean and comfortable. very friendly staff. plenty of parking.

restaurant and pool were closed. very disappointed

i did not have to worry about my car as the parking lot is well lit

bear mountain inn property is gorgeous and we had easy access to the spa and to the trails

the spa was luxurious very hygienic and the staff there was excellent

walk around the building at night; because there's no lights except for entrance & parking lot

my wife and i chose to eat in the bar, some staff members seemed inconvenienced that folks were patronizing

building in a beautiful location, excellent spa treatments, good restaurant - and even an outdoor pool

the couples massage at the spa was amazing

staff in restaurant was inattentive, booking staff in spa was unhelpful, disinterested, and classless

spa treatments were outstanding

was just beautiful and so relaxing between the spa and the wonderful rocking chairs i really enjoyed my stay

my 4 kids and i loved the spacious suite we got

and my family loved staying in the suite with the spa bath and kitchenette

everything was really good. cleanliness, comfort, facilities, breakfast, parking, etc...

clean, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, and hotel manager and staff going out of there way to help
