no hot water . booked a smoking room with 2 beds. they gave me single king non smoker . smh.

beds/pillows comfy across the street from the sojo spa street mall just 2 blocks up

we loved taking the bus to the nyc, it was very convenient and sojo spa is right down the street

there was hair in our spa bath so we didn t use it.

hotel was a great location,near the sojo spa (5 min by drive) walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping

the pool wasn t open i traveled for my daughters birthday & the girls were highly upset they couldn

like anything, staff was very disrespectful and rude to me, my girlfriend, and kids

rented the room with the kitchenette and although the room was clean and comfortable, we were unable to utilize
