the spa treatment in this hotel is amazing! plenty of dinning options as well

in every way: from the club level to the spa to the housekeeping

staff at the spa was absolutely amazing.

the only problem was that the woman under me decided to use the fireplace even though there were thermostats

there is a spa attached to this hotel, the staff is wonderful, they remember me, it s a mom and pop shop and

with a garage for parking, next to a gas station, comfortable rooms, and a restaurant/bar/spa on premises

unfortunately the spa services were not available on my night of stay.

laundry service; the items needed to be given to the reception desk in the morning, which was

spa bathtub was a normal tub with jets which were broken and seemed outdated did not match

shut off, drains were broken, walls were dirty, remote didnt work, smell of burnt food from the kitchen below,

no free wifi. due to floor renovations, the coin-op laundry was unavailable.

pillows were uncomfortable the kitchen eating closet area was in the bathroom i thought that was terrible

the good thing was that there are two level 2 ev chargers in the parking area reserved for guests

pool is just an oversized bathtub

roof top bar and piano bar. rooms were very nice as well.

the hotel needs to be updated desperately and the pool is the size of a large bathtub

building and rooms, no light (except in gym, which is very small), small lobby lounge, expensive relative to

the cost of the breakfast bar should be posted. 44.00 for the breakfast is way too much!

concierge was extremely accommodating and helpful - he made sure we got dinner even thought the kitchen closed

very quiet. the shuttle to the metro was wonderful ! friendly staff !
