was very accommodating (thank you melissa) i chose the luxury king room that offered a beautiful fireplace next

would have preferred to have breakfast in the dining room rather than delivered to my room.

didn't work in room and wifi could not get to the room from office

wifi was good outside, but pretty much non-existent inside the room

breakfast was excellent

were several knobs including the knobs on the spa tub that were loose or broken

bathroom and spa need updated

the fireplaces were nice and the spa tub on the loft was neat

room was a little outdated and the fireplace worked partially of the time

we couldn t get the fireplace to turn off in the room and messaged the property owner through booking but

i also booked this hotel because they claimed to have a spa but they do not

getting to the spa and other restaurants involved driving

the front and front parking lot needs to be cleaned up

we loved the view. the outside pool and hot tub was our favorite.

the indoor pool was too cold and the indoor spa was too hot

at midnight the night before the spa tub in the room ran out of hot water and was told it must be because too

the jets didn't work on my spa tub. i could take a bath at home.

fitness center was locked when we were going to use it and not accessable with room key

wifi was slow, sad they took out the jacuzzi, morning front desk guy could be a little nicer.

reason we decided to go out of town so the kids could have a pool to play and but the pool house was 60 degrees
