pool area clean

breakfast was simple but good

the only thing i liked was that computer internet access was over cable not wifi.

no questionable people wandering around the parking lot

new breakfast area is very nice

the spa services were pricy and no availability

jacuzzi were not working in the spa area pool where it matters the most

i also booked this hotel because they claimed to have a spa but they do not

clean room, restaurant, and bar on site, large indoor and outdoor pool.

were several knobs including the knobs on the spa tub that were loose or broken

no wifi reception in room. had to wait an hour past check-in time for our room to be ready

we were not expecting a hot tub or fireplace, so both of these provided much relaxation

also the pool hours aren’t long enough for adults traveling without kids

plus they ran out of sliders & we werent told til we picked up at 955 b/c were were in the pool located directly

i booked a king/ whirl pool but at first placed in a standard room

shower was a bit small (carriage house). bar tenders at night were not very friendly.

the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms with the spa tub was lovely

we found that when we turned it up to cool the entire space, it was too cold and night to sleep close to the

we stayed in a villa and it was lovely to be away from the main hotel and have our own space

the spa was a little over warm, the pool was cold

at midnight the night before the spa tub in the room ran out of hot water and was told it must be because too

decided to go swimming down in the pool area the pool was great, not to cold but the spa in there was unbelievably

room was very dirty, the spa jacuzzi tub was disgusting and not acceptable to even use, dirt and garbage debris

the jets didn't work on my spa tub. i could take a bath at home.
