the spa was a little over warm, the pool was cold

at midnight the night before the spa tub in the room ran out of hot water and was told it must be because too

decided to go swimming down in the pool area the pool was great, not to cold but the spa in there was unbelievably

the jets didn't work on my spa tub. i could take a bath at home.

pool and spa dirty..room equipment missing. no staff near front desk. challenge with door locks

food was amazing. spa was amazing. 'bed was amazing.

ability to use the spa facilities like the work out classes and gym and hot tub and sauna the whole trip; hiking

we stayed in a villa and it was lovely to be away from the main hotel and have our own space

it was a culture shock to some of the staff and the customers when my party and i entered the spa which made it

we found that when we turned it up to cool the entire space, it was too cold and night to sleep close to the

rooms were big with separate room for parents. loved the fireplace and outdoor balcony.

i was not able to enjoy the lazy river because there is no rules for the kids to act crazy which is up-setting

hallways smell funky as there are always laundry and cleaning carts in view

we stayed on the night of the kentucky derby so many people were at the bar and roaming the main house

shower was a bit small (carriage house). bar tenders at night were not very friendly.

the apothecary bar has the best wisconsin old fashions ever

parking was difficult as a result

great location, unique property (non-chain), pet friendly, and adults only.

pool and spa too small

the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms with the spa tub was lovely

and the spa tub was hard to get in and out of

the pool and hot tub were clean and just the perfect temp

is close to park, lake, restaurants, shops, jetted spa tub and full kitchen

across the street is a park and then the lake shore and boat rentals and boat rides

room service came at an inconvenient time one of the days (5 pm when we just got back to the room

chance of using cell phone or computer because the wifi horrible

christmas decorations were so beautiful. that spa area is amazing so happy & clean.

was perfect, excellent sunset view over the lake from the balcony, gas fireplace was a nice touch, nice linens

the indoor pool was too cold and the indoor spa was too hot

gym needed working machines as well as cleaner carpets and possibly a yoga mat

check out barrique bistro & wine bar just down the street

there was another note stating the pool and spa were closed due to remodeling

no dislikes with the facility, but they don't offer any pet friendly rooms anymore.

breakfast was free, it's not like you'll get a gourmet breakfast

they claim to be pet friendly but acted aggressive about us having a pet

very pet friendly

pool was great, the room could have used some extra seating

the fireplaces were nice and the spa tub on the loft was neat

were several knobs including the knobs on the spa tub that were loose or broken

the fireplace was easy to use and set a romantic mood

needed batteries and since there was no staff and no store close by we couldn't watch tv and the fireplace didn

i also booked this hotel because they claimed to have a spa but they do not

getting to the spa and other restaurants involved driving

the gym is what sold it for me

i paid for a resort view room which was a parking lot view with headlights of cars directly in our face

bought a resort view room but instead got a parking lot view ;(

room was too small spa tub too small..for two pool was only 4'3
