the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was spa like

the pool is good, but they have taken out the spa (covered over with cement) and the sauna did not seem to work

because of covid there were no spa pool

advertised on site, gym included and spa also the breakfast was supposed to be included

cleanness can be improved. the hotel offers free parking and the breakfast was good.

was noise that sounded like trees being shedded coming from the parking lot literally all day and was very

had a king suite with a spa bath

com and paid for a superior king room with spa bath and fireplace but when we arrived we were given a regular

moving in with weary muscles and being able to soak in the jacuzzi tub with a fire on in the fireplace was a

bar open, breakfast was not buffet

toilet paper was 1ply and stuck when used. pet accommodation was a bonus but costly

booked the room with the spa bath and the bath was super super small, there is not way to fit two people in that

extremely nice staff. heated pool. large room. great hot breakfast! great location!

been cleaned no towels had to return twice to front desk to get proper towels, no garbage bags or laundry bags

kids running up and down the hallway until 1 am

pool was very busy, lots of kids.

was having sex in the spa pool when we came in to swim with two little kids

we had access to the pool which was unexpected due to covid restrictions

the pool was miniature

the parking lot had no lights where you actually park

the place was nice and neat! the pool was wonderful and we really enjoyed it!

the pool and spa area were fantastic.

i was a little disappointed that i didn't pool because the water was too cold.

snow and slush outside parking lot was not cleared

didn't like the paper plates and plastic cutlery but understand that there is a scarcity of kitchen employees

i could not was the wifi for our stay.

as it is a pet friendly building, we assumed the room may have been designated for pets

was a hockey tournament going on but the staff could've done a better job of controlling the kids that were

'breakfast' left a bit to be desired

it took almost a hour to fill the spa tub as well as the shower not enough pressure

surprised to have a little kitchen and sitting area very spacious

was dishes available to use with a full size fridge and a kitchen

but it should have a park for kids or any outdoor sitting area

rooms having a little kitchenette in them, access to pool an gym during the hour's, all staff make u feel very

ultra modern room. very clean, great staff and facilities. even free to use the laundry.

the room is spacious, clean, courteous staff, excellent breakfast

checking in at the restaurant and bar with my luggage.

though unorthodox comparable to large hotels is friendly and familiarizes you with the western bar and lounge

wifi did not work at all in the room, tried it in the bar but did not work as well over there

living area would have been nice to been able to use it in the bedroom as well the bedroom tv was wifi and does

issue was the club music from the bar but it ended at midnight

rented a king room with a spa bath, which costs more than a regular room

we checked in, we stayed in our coats and boots for a good hour before the room warmed up, the spa tub was just

in room with king bed and spa tub

the room was clean, comfy, and had excellent parking

open wifi - so best to use another for your banking
