enjoyed the pool and food and loved being in a pleasant an exceptionally, clean hotel

the spa was out of service, but it happens and it didn't take away from our very positive experience

spa / pool closed for renovations. wasn't notified prior to booking.

the only reason i chose this hotel over others was the indoor spa / hot tub

have a free shuttle from the airport and because the description talked about relaxing in the spa and sauna

wish i would have known about the incredible spa earlier in the day so i could have taken full advantage of it

there was nothing in the room to let me know how to access the spa or where it was

the pool closed too early for my kids to use.

breakfast was also pretty good, and there was wifi and comfortable beds to sleep in which was the most important

and the pool was very nice

pool was closed and no breakfast. the bar may have been a bit pricey.

also, shuttle driver didn't show at all for the first appt

room service was fast and food was delicious!

it was clean, good amenities with the bar and starbucks

we didn't touch it, but i know others with kids had trouble

& bar area, extremely elegant and classy lobby area with very spacious rest areas and so many

buffet was great and my lady was able to finish up some work before checkout(with your wifi) while i got that

2 king size bed but a get 2 queen size they don t have king size beds my family 2 adult 2 kids we have really

nothing was explained just processed my payment and gave me my kids nothing else

although they were buried, they efficiently got us on a shuttle, to the hotel and checked in

wait for shuttle despite 3 calls.

i loved the hours for the pooland gym area. and the stream was great.

this hotel was a good stop on my road trip due to the free parking

with a pool and workout room, restraunt as well this is perfect for longer family trips

t connect any of our devices to the wifi which is a bummer considering we packed a ps5 nintendo switch for

the hotel the staff was friendly and the room was big enough for me , my husband and my three kids

was close to the airport, shuttle service was prompt, price was reasonable, room/bed was comfortable

you also get a microwave and fridge with mini kitchen in your room

pool was big and warm, our room was on the 8th floor with windows on both sides so our little kids loved looking

the only day that we received it was that we went to the front desk after going to the gym to make sure that

only think that i was disappointed in was there was no free wifi for leisure guests

the pool and gym where excellent and used extensively during my stay to unwind after a day in the office

hotel was clean and we were there on a dance convention weekend which is about of little kids and a lot of mess

if we got 2 robes instead of 1, and also i requested rose petals and they weren't in there

on checkout we probably waited for 15 minutes (we were high up with 2 small kids and a fair amount of luggage

i wish the hotel bar had more selection of alcohol that i liked
