i wish i had more time and energy to get into the spa services as i like to excercise at the gym

spa area & pool & gym excellent

hotvtub and pool was nice. rooms were clean. didn't have time for the water park.

water park not having towels the kids were freezing shaking crying because there was no clean

free coffee, had to buy the water bottles in the room, wifi difficult to log in and you would have to pay for

i booked a suite room with a spa, and the spa was quite nice, though a bit outdated, and by that i mean it

was spacious and clean

i loved the spa tub in my room and the beautiful windows with a view of the witch house across the street

room was great, love the wood burning fireplace, separate spa bath, great bathroom and sunset views

just the lack of better and more breakfast selections.

a couple small things: coffee in the machine at breakfast was cold, and my room did not have an ironing board

great bar area and the staff made us feel very welcome

new years eve my fiance and i stayed in one of the rooms with a fireplace

like that you had a bar and the way breakfast was served

pool was good for kids but not adults, gym could use some real weight machines.

know it's hard to keep up with the cockroaches that we seen in the kitchen there was only a few but there was

breakfast, could be better. at least add milk, for kids it is necessary.

hotel was clean, quiet, wonderful breakfast that had different options daily

we enjoyed the pool/spa and the hotel s proximity to downtown boston.

are very professional and answered all our questions, room perfect only disappointment was the bar was closed

the swimming pool was quite small and the bar prices quite steep.

lastly, the spa - (yes we did it all here in birthday celebration style - unbelievable facility, steam, sauna

wonderful service ,friendly staff ,beautiful spa and wonderful rooms

there's attentive spa staff, gaming options and sports book

understand it is a casino but my daughter (17) and i were on a family vacation

the staff are also very nice to let us have early check in without an extra fee because our flight arrived at

room said bathtub and spa tub which is why i got king suite

cleanliness and customer service and location. nice early check in with late check out is great.

and the wifi was great for work

new and clean, nice pool for the kids

no need to wifi and speed is decent

spa was excellent

adult daughter and i got away for a 'staycation' to take advantage of the spa and it was absolutely wonderful

and then there was the spa

liked the room service and people at the desk, the location

we were also able to get free early check in and late check out
