a quality resort with wonderful comfortable rooms, splendid food, welcoming staff and a gorgeous spa, all at

the spa closes at 9pm and that our luxury double room wasn t much different to a standard double

check in is always straight forwards and breakfast and dinner is always a pleasure and excellent

the breakfast was really tasty too

only gave hot water for a short time & spa bath wasn't working but the owner paul apologised & said he was

i really enjoyed the swimming and spa pools and also the sauna

entering the spa for the pool we were told that there was only one other person there

didn t have enough time to use the spa facilities as needed to leave early

pillows were not comfortable and the spa massages were not worth the prices as came out feeling like we had just

our dog was made to feel very welcome and having use of the spa was a huge bonus

the gym, swimming pool and spa was very clean and one of the best hotels gyms we have seen

bridge and the weir with a fantastic selection of restaurants and just a 15 minute walk from bath spa station

however if you are looking for a hotel with 24 hour service, swimming pool and spa this is not for you otherwise

we usually stay at the bath spa hotel but we weren't using all the facilities so we felt it wasn't good value

all the staff were excellent, and the hotel has a lovely bar and courtyard and breakfast was delicious too
