spa wasn t working

cleanliness. the pool, sauna and gym were opened this time. we love it

the pet fee is also quite expensive for what is offered

very helpful staff, comfortable room and easy parking.

the parking lot was very icy.

we like so much the view where is located the place , and also the breakfast it was amazing

last but not least there was no wifi signal in the room even though it was advertised

asked about the spa services and i was given a very vague response such as i need to take a shuttle - ok where

spa massages available in the hotel.

views - easy to taxi / drive into the city - went early july and had the tennis courts, bikes and spa facilities

i had booked myself for a spa massage and it was absolutely fab

great spa for relaxation

also shuttle service to airport was excellent and convenient

this is a great place to stay while driving a motor coach bus, great parking.

of fresh towels in the spa area and very slow breakfast service ( more than an hour wait for a simple

desk who were helpful but admitted they have limited cleaning staff and they could not promise a room service

the pool was closed for some work. my grandchildren were disappointed.

location to the bay, quebec/ontario border and the gym.

downside is that the last photo (the one with the gym facility and spa) they posted on booking is very misleading

i did not have a chance to explore hotel facilities and try breakfast; the hotel prepare easy breakfast to go

staff allowed a late check out then stored my luggage so that was nice

early check in was available, we drove from nova scotia 12 hours and were exhausted but great

the motel was also located next to a bar with screaming yelling drunks in the parking lot all evening

spa experience was very basic at best. would not recommend the spa.

also, the hotel advertises spa & wellness services, but these are managed by an external company

was no trash bin in the bathroom which was extremely odd, the front staff didn't provide any info wifi but it

lastly, the room had a lan cable for tech savvy guys this is a+ in case the wifi shuts down

my kids liked the swimming pool

ensuring my shuttle arrived on time and helping me get a great cup of coffee before i headed home

the customer experience (check in/out, cleanliness, airport shuttle) met my expectations

told me what to do and fixed the issue right away, everything else went pretty smooth with the shuttle and timing

at first i was excited about the room as it had a spa tub and was a decent size room

the spa offers a complimentary treatment for tired legs and feet, truly rejuvenating

property still the best in my view in montreal in general i like everything the rooms the gym the

pool area was small .. and very busy its a small hotel ..

fab gym facilities and spa

everything closer very early in the hotel (i.e. bar, room service, restaurant)

pool, hot tub, and sauna were fantastic both for kids and adults

other hotels in montreal, this one is the cleanest, most spacious, and comes with a wonderful gym and swimming

rooms are clean, spacious, modern, have plenty of storage, and the gym is excellent

i highly suggest you take a look at the 12th floor's pool, spa and outdoor jacuzzi - it's a really nice setup
