very dated tired needs revamp disappointed no spa as i understand used to have spa

the spa treatments were 5 stars and the area very good

nothing only that we couldn't use the spa suite to covid

we use the spa of the hotel which was limited.

staff were very attentive, friendly and professional in each department, chris in the spa looked after us all

spa was nice, was very quiet so we had it to ourselves pretty much which was good, wouldn t of

the food was amazing, the spa was fantastic, and we were lucky enough to have great weather, allowing us to

beautiful property and gardens stylish and spacious rooms amazing spa great bar excellent

my spa treatment was the best treatment i have ever had, and ruby took great care of me

had a treatment in the spa and the specialist was awesome

made a same day booking at burnham beeches hotel & spa after our flight was cancelled due to bad weather

the grounds are stunning in spring and the spa facilities like sauna and steam room are all free to

about building work being done but understand that the spa will be finished soon so no doubt worth waiting

thought the spa would be bigger - there is just an outside hot tub and indoor sauna

the renowned spa lived up to its reputation and the staff across the complex could not have been more helpful

really big room and clean, the spa was a relaxing treat too.

at lancaster hotel & spa and was very pleased on price ( 40 per room per night), the double bed was very comfy

and bathroom were spacious clean and comfortable,it was very good value for money

hotel was hard to find but once i found it the the staff where very polite, the hotel clean, the spa facilities
