the staff were friendly and the spa was lovely

my room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed and free wifi

it also has a gym, pool and spa which are available to guests

reception to the spa & pool right through to the fabulous italian restaurant everything was just tickety boo

thing i didn't like was that the bathrooms are not accessible at the gym (24 hours) after the spa closes

at lancaster hotel & spa and was very pleased on price ( 40 per room per night), the double bed was very comfy

cheaper than many others around but with free parking and also a sauna and spa and a gym to use

was disappointed to learn that they did not have spa services available - i had hoped to get a manicure during
