d say the spa area was small with only a hot tub outside and a sauna

everything else! gorgeous buildings and setting and spa and food is excellent

think at the very least the spa facilities need an upgrade as are very basic and tired for such a lovely hotel

when the pool is open to children are too long and at prime times, so usage of the pool and spa area to relax

loved how friendly staff were. breakfast was exceptional. pool and spa was great

wonderful staff, fantastic spa facilities. commutable clean rooms and plenty of parking.

to check / alter my booking, it was not very clear if i was contacting the sports centre, a spa or a hotel -

specifically chose the accommodation for the spa facility, only to find out it was closed

wifi poor ventilation in bathroom poor.

car parking can be difficult in evenings

wifi has restrictions on acceptable sites. anything alcohol related is barred.

spa was nice, was very quiet so we had it to ourselves pretty much which was good, wouldn t of

at lancaster hotel & spa and was very pleased on price ( 40 per room per night), the double bed was very comfy

and bathroom were spacious clean and comfortable,it was very good value for money
