the pool and spa facility were great and a pleasant surprise

the spa was so relaxing, the pool was such a nice scenery.

and by the way we wish the customer service at the front desk and valet to the pool and spa matched

the gym wasn't useful.

also we are distance teaching and the wifi was poor

nice, clean and quiet hotel and they offer a good hot breakfast as well

very nice hotel with breakfast included ! clean, good loaction , spacious rooms !

oh, and the upper parking lot floods in heavy rain

the location was close to shopping and the setting was beautiful, overlooking a golf course.

location and layout the gym is open 24hrs and they have a full gym

the staff were very nice and friendly and allowed a early check in and late check-out with no problem

i loved and my kids loved it.we love the breakfast ud83dude0b. we come back again and again

pool water could have been warmer and hottub jets didn't seem to be working correctly.

a special thank you to orlando, our shuttle driver and all the reception and bar staff who were really helpful

i had a good hamburger from room service comfortable bed and quiet

the outdoor space was also pretty nice but someone had it reserved for kids party so we had to come back inside

unfortunately because of all this coronavirus we're unable to get room service

requested to have the pool temp warmer

whether it s breakfast or a drink at the bar in the evening, they are fantastic

the spa wasn't all that hot.

the shuttle driver was terrible. he yelled at my kids and was a total jerk.

some parts of the facility like the gym were a little dated and furniture in room a little worn.

we took our kids (indoor) swimming and it started to rain outside, then the rain starts pouring inside also,

it was conveniently located. beautiful grounds. the spa was an excellent experience!

could have been more lighting in the room and the spa was closed

there was nothing in the room to let me know how to access the spa or where it was

have a free shuttle from the airport and because the description talked about relaxing in the spa and sauna

wish i would have known about the incredible spa earlier in the day so i could have taken full advantage of it

the pool closed too early for my kids to use.
