the spa tub

my fridge was broken and spa bath jets barely worked

bathroom and spa tub were a bit dirty.

the spa tub worked great

121 non-smoking room smelled smoky likely because it is close to the lobby and service area where smokers

with a dishwasher in every room you d think they could have a few in the kitchen area so that proper silverware

handicap parking space occupied by a tow truck with handicap plates it is hard to iimgine a handicap persob

past 2 times i've stayed here, some families let their kids dominate the pool area, screaming, running, and

friendly staff, great breakfast and the swimming pool.

the parking lot was kind of small and often had multiple spots blocked by trailers

of running a shower every surface is soaked with steam, and i would've liked a hot tub/whirlpool in the pool

the pool and spa should be open 24 hours but open about 10am and close 10pm or so

the pool and spa is closed until further notice, so don t think you can swim

room was small and too many tables (side table, kitchen/desk table, coffee table) within a small area

not enough parking space

every amenity possible to maximize our stay , and a great restaurant and bar to relax in

our key cards were working for the room and even when using the gym

it's unfortuante the hotel bar and restaurant were not open, but completely understandable

room service was not available

that the spa and hot tub was not available at the moment

the breakfast was good, there was an indoor pool, spa and sauna

the spa and overall cleanliness of the hotel. the staff was very friendly

no spa when a spa was listed online.

and by the way we wish the customer service at the front desk and valet to the pool and spa matched

the spa and pool was a plus

the spa was so relaxing, the pool was such a nice scenery.
