the spa wasn't all that hot.

comfortable beds, great pool area, and resteraunt

well appointed, attractive, comfortable room and furnishings; airport shuttle every 20 minutes

very clean, spacious, had an indoor pool, fast wifi and free parking

room service if it is even available nice fitness center

wish i would have known about the incredible spa earlier in the day so i could have taken full advantage of it

there was nothing in the room to let me know how to access the spa or where it was

have a free shuttle from the airport and because the description talked about relaxing in the spa and sauna

take someone with you/don t let your kids go get ice alone

restaurants were pricey altho the mgr at the sports bar was outstanding

we had no microwave or refrigerator in our room and the pool was down due to maintenance

we had to call hotel for shuttle ride from cumberland station twice

pool was big and warm, our room was on the 8th floor with windows on both sides so our little kids loved looking

there was a very large group of children there for a dance convention over 500 kids

they are awesome after whole day on the road with kids
