the price, the pools, restaurants, saunas(etc), rppm sizes were all of great quality and cleanliness

the new woman working at the bar was great at her job

hotel was clean and we were there on a dance convention weekend which is about of little kids and a lot of mess

kids were prank calling and checking it

i also didn t like how we couldn t use the shuttle from and to the airport because it wasn t running

it was conveniently located. beautiful grounds. the spa was an excellent experience!

didn't like that we had to leave out of the hotel and walk over to the pool, and spa facility, if there had of

the spa was amazing the staff was kind and knowledgeable

spa prices are over top and not affordable

could have been more lighting in the room and the spa was closed

i called the front desk 3 times about a wifi issue and no one answered

the facility my kids loved the pool area very nice a clean the breakfast buffet was really good loved that you

i also loved the fact that it had a restaurant & bar that was open from 5-11pm

of course one thing that i looked forward to was taking a relaxing dip into the spa area but i get that it was

staff were nice and attentive. bar was nice. very good red sangrias.

closeness to golf road - ikea, woodfield mall. the breakfast had a great variety to choose from

wifi was too slow, at times not even usable

the wifi was horrible. the children could not use their devices. this caused them to be ornary.

there was nothing in the room to let me know how to access the spa or where it was

wish i would have known about the incredible spa earlier in the day so i could have taken full advantage of it

have a free shuttle from the airport and because the description talked about relaxing in the spa and sauna

saw online that room service was available 24/7, but when i checked in the menu said food ended at 11pm

no wifi in room. had to go to lobby

the spa wasn't all that hot.

booked 3 rooms for 6 adults and 7 kids, received 3 king rooms.

the shuttle driver was terrible. he yelled at my kids and was a total jerk.

oppostunity for a late check out and the shuttle service. nice bar and pool area!

hot tub was warm . pool hours are short durning weekend and longer during week days
