the spa service

the rooms were spacious and very good

my girlfriend and i enjoyed a private jacuzzi tub in the spa for one hour that was free, and that was a real

spa experience is exemplary

i was not impressed with the spa services i got

spa treatment was rushed and not lux, dining staff picked up cutlery not from the stems but from

didn t see the spa facilities advertised but, in fairness, i didn t ask

the rooms are spacious yet feel homely and the pool / views are stunning

didn't like how slow the wifi was

it has amazing restaurants a 24 hr coffee shop and pizza all night ,a great gym ,and spa available

special shout out to the service director, as well as georgina and her magic hands at the spa, and gael at the

part of our group visited the spa and really enjoyed it as well

i have asked for two double beds, and we never met any other occupants, no other vehicles in the parking lot,

the free parking lot is great too

was terrible from the restaurant via room service, but all of the other food we had ie pasta, breakfast, nachos

can walk to the multi mall, i do not recommend, the hotel has an excellent staff, nice included breakfast, a

the spa center is perfect too

contains four restaurants on site with one open 24 hours, 24-hour room service and a full spa and hair salon

we went to the spa and could tell it hadn't been used properly in a long time (the sauna wasn't turned on,

nice room, clean and comfortable. breakfast was excellent, good service.

was no water available in the foyer or restaurant unless you asked the bar staff

floor a little dirty , mostly in the corners all the tables in the bar / restaurant were full of water marks

loved the room service food and delivery was fast
