a bar would have been nice, but there was a mini bar in the room and vending machines with hot and

mini bar fridge not working, shower broken support so you need to hold it with 1 hand

no manned bar available for afternoon/evening drinks (at least not in august when we were there)

booked on the basis that there was a restaurant and as it turned out it was just a snack bar if you are driving

i was grateful you had a gym but a few weights would be great

one of the main reasons i booked this place was because i thought it had a swimming pool only to be told

spa jacuzzi was a lovely touch and the location of the hotel was very good for the metro and for

room w a balcony and spa tub which was enjoyable after a long day walking around madrid

paid extra expecting some form of spa access because we were extremely tired, and it didn t even need to be

centrally located. friendly staff. the hot spa bath was a real treat.

bathroom ceiling was falling apart and shower seal was no good so there was a pool of water on floor after

there was no room seevice and no pool and no facilities

wifi reception in the room was very poor

location was perfect, it was close to everything the room super clean and elegant really great breakfast with

perhaps access to gym and spa via the main hotel lobby as well as outside access.

we tried the spa and used the front desk to book cars to restaurants and the airport with no problem

spa is not free

the spa is great for a city hotel

not ideal to access roof bar and spa from outside but not enough of an issue to spoil enjoyment.
