hotel experiences i've had dipped more into the luxury side of things, with enhanced decor and spa features

the flawless wifi and youtube option on the tv remote; the plush, comfortable mattress.

the coffee shop & bar in the lobby were closed due to covid 19.

no clear direction to gym/pool area

need more directional signage to gym

eight bus loads of kids were extremely noisy

parking was very limited on saturday night (due to sneaker ball

kids lived the indoor pool and that it was a lot of stores for them to get snacks from within

gym had more cardio machines than weight machines and was missing 8lb hand weights.

rooms, overall decoration, cleanliness, friendly staff, nice gym, drinking water system

was overall amazing just some hair leftover on the floors, which is one of my pet peeves lol

the salon & spa was top notch and will definitely be back

next time i have to check out the spa the reviews have compelled me to book a service and see what all the

next door and they still brought it to our room, my son loved the pool, i didn't know there was a spa but i will

that the spa charge me full service price cancellation fee because i was thirteen minutes late

there is a very clean gym with a variety of workout items to fit any workout routine

no extra space really and a cheesy shower curtain for kids

it s on shuttle route and great value

there was some youth tournament going on and the kids were literally running around the center of the hotel

i would suggest a kids price and an adult price for the breakfast

i asked him to fix the room keycard as to my kids with my wife was standing for going into room

restaurant / bar was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful

i booked and received confirmation for me and my kids

even got stuck once with my kids and one staff members

much air freshener in a pet room

gym is open but no towels in the gym

close to a variety of restaurants which was great due to traveling with kids

no pool or jacuzzi.

gym smelled like mold and mildew

small kitchen is a bonus for longer stays

lastly, the breakfast set-up was probably the best i ve ever seen offered at a hotel

so nice to have an efficiency kitchen, which had everything we needed

we were able to get adjoining rooms which made it easier travelling with kids

there is a spa attached to this hotel, the staff is wonderful, they remember me, it s a mom and pop shop and
