to reach the front desk or valet would have been very helpful, as well as information on the spa and restaurant

however the kitchen must have had a problem and was extremely slow

surrounded by shops and restaurants, near metro, nice gym, spa

wifi was down during my whole stay, only a hot spot was available in the lobby.

there should be more tea varieties to chose from and chocolate milk for kids in the rooms.

the rooftop pool gate seemed a little wobbly which made it a little scary for me to have my three kids up there
