this hotel is a great place if you are interested in relaxing for an afternoon by the pool or in the courtyard

it was very windy and i got up at night to close or lock down doors, even outside in the spa area, because all

bar next to pool that serves best margaritas ever (thanks to christian)

the pool area is heavenly, the restaurant has really good food, but what really makes this place is the

breakfast was excellent and such a beautiful place to sit and eat, looking at the amazing view

continental breakfast included was quite poor, comparing the quality of food given in the restaurants

nothing we didn t like, but be warned there are a lot of steps if you want to use the infinity pool

breakfast was a continental breakfast - which was just coffee, juice, two pats of butter and

need to have someone available at the pool upstairs so you can easily have a drink with that amazing view

wifi was terrible, also they said there was warm water but there was just cold water or boiling

rooms are described as having a kitchen, but some are just kitchenettes

dirty, the smell was awful, no amenities, no restaurant and no kitchen, too far from the town to walk, yet

the wifi needs some improvement as well

really nice staff, lovely view, well-equipped kitchen.

we were allowed to use the kitchen downstairs to make food before we left which was amazing

the top floor so had great views and although very basic, we had everything we needed, including kitchen facilities

wifi for room 303 was not working or atheist the given password didn't work

shower was lukewarm and the wifi was slow

pool/spa area was lovely and we basically had it all to ourselves

the spa is a real treat with the waterfall and sauna and the staff were all so helpful and lovely

it is only available in the lobby/restaurant area, not in the hotel rooms or spa area at all

noisy room. small parking space, too expensive meals , doesn't work the wifi on 5th floor.

we can hear people talking and kids running around our floor until almost midnight

there is a kids club which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel but only open on weekends, a pity

the water in the pool was very cool, almost cold

the pool area is sheltered from wind and it s pretty quiet in the rooms

wifi was a bit slow and kept dropping out but that may the case for the whole area.

wedding took place whilst we were there and only one waitress was in charge of the bar to the rest of us guests

it is not far away from the lake and parking at the hotel is not a problem at all

cabins were clean, we requested no room service by putting out the do not disturb sign but every time we would

you have your own private garden with picnic table and lounge chairs, a well equipped kitchen to do some cooking

the grounds are gorgeous, with a lovely pool and fantastic organic garden and plenty of hammocks

the road on one side is very loud with motorbikes, kids, shouting

the waiters and bar staff were efficient and the gardeners did a great job too
